The MyCourts booking system includes a club website which members can use to book and cancel courts from any PC with an Internet connection.

The website includes the following features.

• Secure login access
• Forgotten Password
• Booking sheets (booked courts shown with member names, available courts shown with link to book court).
• Confirm booking and select opponent
• My Bookings (shows my bookings and bookings by other members who selected me as the opponent).
• Cancel booking
• Email alerts for cancelled courts (select days of the week and time-bracket)
• Search Members directory

If the court booking system is configured to take pre-payment for court bookings, then the website has the following additional features.

• Court costs are shown for each court with peak and off-peak variations
• My Account -- balance, top-up, and history

In addition, the website may include the following optional features, if required.

• Leagues (shows club leages with links to contact details)
• Web pages (created and published by the System Administrators with the built-in Content Management System).
