FREE set-up and configuration, including:

We can supply you with mail-merged letters with login details and instructions, so that you can easily inform all members about the new booking system.
NB: All these set-up and configuration items can be done as a FREE trial.
On-site at your club, you will need a touch screen to replace paper booking sheets. There are a number of options available, depending on budget and premises, with prices ranging from £379 + VAT for a simple touch screen monitor, to £1,156 + VAT for a complete single unit touch screen with a built-in PC (prices as of 7 July 2008). Alternatively, you may be able to use a simple PC and mouse (no keyboard is required).

Monthly costs
- £15 per court per month for up to 4 courts (minimum 2 courts)
- £10 per court per month per additional court from 5 to 10 courts
- £5 per court per month per additional court beyond 10 courts
(+ VAT)
The monthly cost covers ongoing use of the court booking system and support as required. The system runs on a RAID 1 server, the database is backed-up on a daily basis, and we garantee 99% availability (on a monthly basis, or we will refund the monthly cost).
