To be sure the MyCourts booking system is the right solution for your club's court booking requirements, we are pleased to offer a FREE TRIAL with absolutely no obligation if you do not like the booking system.
The MyCourts booking system is priced to be affordable for clubs of all sizes. There are no expensive capital costs, the set-up, configuration and implementation is provided free-of-charge, and the ongoing cost is based on the mumber of courts.
Ongoing usage costs
- £15 per court per month for up to 4 courts
- £10 per court per month per additional court from 5 to 10 courts
- £5 per court per month per additional court beyond 10 courts
(+ VAT)
The monthly cost include unlimited usage of the court booking system and full support for all users (both members and System Administrators).
Please be assured there are no hidden extras or additional charges, all the features, configuration charges, updates and support are included at no extra cost.
Computer equipment (touch screen system)
On-site at your club, you will need a Touch Screen PC (or simply a computer with Internet access) to replace paper booking sheets.
There are several options available, depending on budget and premises.
You can simply make an existing computer available to members, or we can provide a complete Touch Screen PC system from £700 + VAT (+ travel expenses if applicable) including network cabling and installation.

Otherwise, there is NO SETUP COST, we will provide FREE set-up and configuration, so that the booking system is suitable for your requirements.
We will set-up and configure the booking system based on your requirements:
- Number of courts
- Court start times (each court can have its own times)
- Number of days members can book in advance
- Free-to-book or pre-payment system with top-up vouchers
- Variable booking fees (peak and off-peak pricing, Junior discounts, etc)
- Implementation of cancellation and "no-show" policies
- Implementation of "fair usage" policies and booking restrictions
- Variations for peak and off-peak, day of the week, membership category, etc...
In addition, we will also provide implementation services at no extra cost so that you can easily make the transition from paper to online booking system.
Our Commitment to Support
We understand most squash and tennis clubs are run by committee members on a voluntary basis and with limited time, and we also understand that many members may be self-proclaimed "technophobes".
As such, we are pleased to provide support to both members and committee members in terms of any usage issues, so that all members can book courts, and so that System Administrators are fully trained to use the Control Panel.
As part of the ongoing service, we are pleased to provide any configuration changes at no extra cost, provided these changes can be done with existing settings (for example, there would be no additional cost for changing court times, booking fees, adding new membership categories, or implementing booking restrictions).
