It's easy to implement MyCourts, as the system can be configured to replicate established booking rules and paper-based booking systems.

Nonetheless, we would recommend the following approach.

In the first instance, please give us a call to discuss your requirements, so that we can set-up a FREE trial (no strings attached). We will configure the system with your number of courts, court start times, booking rules and pricing policy so that you can best determine whether or not the system is suitable for your club.

You will need to consider a touch screen system or a simple PC and mouse to eventually replace paper booking sheets. Once again, please phone to discuss the options which will depend on your club's premises and budget.

The transition from paper to online is relatively easy to manage. These are the main steps.

  1. Supply us with your members database in some form of data-compatible file (CSV, Excel spreadsheet, etc) so that we can import the members into the database, assign usernames, passwords and PIN numbers.

  2. Choose a switch-over date from which all bookings must be made online.

  3. We will provide you with personalised letters (addressed to fit window envelopes) with usernames, passwords, PIN numbers, and simple instructions on how to use the booking system. You will need to send out the letters to confirm the switch over date.

In terms of ongoing System Administration, please note you only need to manage block bookings and members' access to the system. As these tasks can be done from any PC with an Internet connection, you will find that the online system is far easier to manage on a day-to-day basis than any paper-based booking system.
