MyCourts is a very flexible court booking system which can be individually configured so that the transition from paper to online can be implemented seamlessly, without changing well-established court booking rules.
The court booking system can set-up with many different configuration options..
- Number of courts
- Court start times (each court can have its own times)
- Number of days members can book in advance
- Free-to-book or pre-payment system with top-up vouchers
- Variable booking fees (peak and off-peak pricing, Junior discounts, etc)
- Implementation of cancellation and "no-show" policies
- Implementation of "fair usage" policies and booking restrictions
- Variations for peak and off-peak, day of the week, membership category, etc...
In addition to replicating your existing court booking policies, the booking system includes many features and configuration options which can help a club reduce (or eliminate problems with) late cancellations and "no-shows" and to maximise court usage.

Tunbridge Wells Squash Rackets Club
- Member-owned squash club with 300 members
- 3 courts (2 with 40-minute slots, one with 1-hour slots)
- Members can book 10 days in advance.
- Court bookings are free, however, there is a £5 fine if a court is cancelled within 48 hours, unless the court is re-booked.

- 4 courts (45 mins and 1 hour slots)
- Pre-payment system with court prices ranging from £4 to £6 based on duration, peak and off-peak times.
- Full refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours prior.
- No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours, unless the court is re-booked.
