Configuration options
MyCourts is a very flexible court booking system which can be individually configured so that the transition from paper to online can be implemented seamlessly, without changing well-established court booking rules.
The court booking system can be configured with the following options.
- Number of courts
- Court start times (each court can have its own times)
- Number of days courts can be booked in advance
- Free-to-book or pre-payment system with top-up vouchers
- Variable court costs with peak and off-peak pricing, Junior discounts, etc.
- Membership categories
The online booking system simply replaces the booking sheets, and gives members the opportunity to book and cancel courts from anywhere in the world!
CASE STUDY:
Tunbridge Wells Squash Rackets Club
- Member-owned squash club with 300 members
- 3 courts (2 with 40-minute slots, one with 1-hour slots)
- Members can book 10 days in advance.
- Court bookings are free, however, there is a £5 fine if a court is cancelled within 48 hours, unless the court is re-booked.
